微軟 Exchange Server 2007 升級實作兩日課程

Exchange Server 2013 使用者匯入相片異常

問題描述:
Exchange Server 2013 可以透過 PowerShell 指令來匯入使用者相片，指令如下:

Set-UserPhoto "Lingo Chiang" -PictureData ([System.IO.File]::ReadAllBytes("D:\lingo.jpg"))

大部分的使用者都可以正常匯入相片，但是只有 Lingo Chiang 帳號會出現以下錯誤訊息...

從錯誤的訊息中，似乎看不出什麼......

解決方法:
找了很久，也做了幾次交叉比對，我發是指令是對的 !!
最後發現原因是 Lingo Chiang 的信箱爆滿了 !!
把它加大了，同時 information store service 重啟之後再下這個指令就搞定了......><

經驗ㄚ~~

備註:
匯入照片錯誤訊息的部分，由於 Lingo Chiang 這個用戶的信箱在大陸的主機，所以我另外在大陸的伺服器上執行匯入動作，所出現的錯誤訊息就比較易懂，直接告訴你 Quota 超出限制……所以才找到原因的~~^^

Windows Server 2008 R2 SYSVOL 沒有正常同步

問題描述:
Windows Server 2008 R2 AD 架構中，發現部分 DC 的 Sysvol 沒有正常複寫，Policies 資料夾內是空的。

問題分析:

透過 ADSI Editor 查看有問題的 DC 裡面缺少部分屬性所導致，底下是有問題的畫面

正常DC的畫面 (應該會有NTFRS Subscriptions項目)

解決方法:
透過底下方式進行重建後即可解決此問題

1. Stop the NTFRS service on the computer where the object is missing. (via net stop ntfrs)

2. Run the ADSIedit.msc tool. (This tool comes with the Windows Support Tools). And navigate the object (CN=JCSS01,OU=Domain Controllers,DC=Jarlly,DC=com,DC=tw)

3. Right Click it – New – Object , then choose [nTFRSSubscriptions]

CN = NTFRS Subscriptions

fRSWorkingPath = C:\windows\ntfrs
(need to right click the NTFRS Subscriptions -> Properties , then find the attribute to modify)

4. Locate the empty CN=NTFRS Subscriptions object under the DC account.

Right-click the subscription object, and then click New\Object.

Click nTFRSSubscriber object. For the name, type Domain System Volume (SYSVOL share).

For the Attribute values that are required for the object type the following, where Use the actual paths of the directories on your computer:
fRSStagingPath = C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\staging\domain
fRSRootPath = C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\domain
fRSMemberReference = CN= JCSS01,,CN=Domain System Volume (SYSVOL share),CN=File Replication Service,CN=System, DC=Jarlly,DC=com,DC=tw)

Start the NTFRS service (via net start ntfrs)

If there has an ntfrs event 13516 shows, the SYSVOL will be replicated without error.

AP 經由 Exchange Server 2010/2013 寄信效能不佳

問題描述:
很多客戶的 AP 都會將信件直接丟到 Exchange 2010/2013 去轉寄，客戶會在伺服器端建立 Relay 的接收連接器，但是常常發現寄信的效能比以前的 Exchange Server 2003 差很多 !!

解決方式:
請在建立 Relay 的接收連接器伺服器上執行以下 PowerShell 指令即可，建議將 Exchange Transport Services 重新啟動喔 !

Set-ReceiveConnector -Identity "mail01\ap relay" -MaxAcknowledgementDelay 0 -TarpitInterval 00:00:00

Exchange 如何設定內部禁止寄送 zip 檔案

問題描述:
最近很多病毒都是透過 zip 檔案寄送，如何設定內部禁止寄送 zip 檔案

解決方式:
傳輸規則就可以做到了 ! (如下圖)

Outlook PST File 的使用建議

建議:
建議 Outlook 不要一開始就將信件收到 PST !!

微軟在 Outlook 2013 開始就已經拿掉傳送預設位置到PST的功能,這代表微軟以後不再支援此項設定.

Exchange Server 2013 ECP/OWA 進不去

問題描述:
很突然的一個狀況，客戶的 Exchange Server 2013 ECP/OWA 全部連不上...服務都正常 !
重新開機還是無法解決....

解決方法:
透過 ADSI Editor，把 msExchCanaryDatax…這個值清掉，重新開機就好了

Open the ADSI editor, go to CN=Services --> CN=Microsoft Exchange --> CN= Right click CN=Client Access and click properties. Scroll down to msExchCanaryData0. Then erase the data from those settings. Then restart all of the mailbox servers
